II. Software Functionality
2.1 The Software is a pure utility application. It does NOT embed, host, or distribute any firmware (.hex / .bin / .arduboy) or application files. Its primary functions include:
- a) ESP series chips: identification, flashing, backup, full erase, and serial monitoring over USB;
- b) Arduboy/AVR: HEX flashing and verification, EEPROM read/write, FX Cart management (backup/flash/scan/editor), and .arduboy package parsing/building;
- c) Displaying Arduboy firmware community resource link text (copy only; no file hosting).
2.2 All firmware files to be flashed are provided solely by you (whether selected from local storage, downloaded from third-party websites, or accessed via links within the App). The Software does not review, verify, or warrant the source, content, legality, security, or compatibility of any firmware files.
III. License Grant
3.1 Subject to your compliance with these terms, the Developer grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable, free-of-charge license to install and run the Software on Android mobile devices you legally own.
